Deposits are required before each build begins.

All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable once the cage/rack(s) have started being built. We accept venmo/paypal/cashapp/cash for deposit, the remaining balance in cash only is due at pickup. All heat tape installed has no warranty from the manufacturer or us here at Obscure. The end user is responsible for all use and maintenance. After insulation we test all heat tape to insure its in w

orking order.All cages are sold "as is" we ask all items are looked over and approved during pick up. Once they have left we are not responsible.All cages are built by hand, with no CNC machine. This is how we keep pricing down and have such a fast turn around time.Our cages are true sizing outside to outside measurements.If we are notified 24 hours or less that you will be missing your pickup appointment you will lose deposit or we will add a daily storage fee. If items are built/ready for pickup and the customer moves back the pickup date we will again notify of a additional storage fee.Let us know if you need a substrate barrier. All cages should be sealed before use. We normally have sealant in stock. We reserve the right to refuse business for any reason at any time.

We will only be bringing pre ordered items, so please shoot us a message if you are interested in a reptile rack or enclosures. We can also customize incubators and show display cases as well

Our Bearded Dragon setups includes:

-Either a 3x2x2 or 4x2x2 pvc enclose

-Inside heat fixture rated up to 300 watts (to get a 100 degree hot spot only around a 60-100 watt bulb)

-sliding acrylic doors

-basking table

-we install any tube uvb you bring at pickup (either screws that the kit includes or we can use industrial grade velcro)

We can also upgrade to add things like additional basking tables, cage locks, Lexel sealant and more.

Like everything they are PICKUP ONLY by Buffalo NY and we build with a 50$ deposit placed
