Meet Liberty, this sassy girl is planned to have a litter early 2024. Genetically health tested to include x-rays of joints, therapy dog certified & incredibly smart and in tune to me. She will make fabulous companions and working dogs.

So pleased to see my little friend.... Earlier this year I released a significant amount of Carolina Praying Mantis[native to my area] babies into my garden and fig orchard. I've seen them popping up here and there but this little one was just too pretty to pass up on my Black Italian Fig.

Our girls are free-range! So what does that mean!? Our girls have free access to all the trees, leaves, grass, shrubs, and open spaces. They can perch, scratch, squawk and flap their wings as much as they want. They do put themselves to bed at night in the coop and come out in the morning when they wake up. As always, their safety is our priority so they have their very own livestock guardian dog.

So today starts a new batch of yummies. First time making them! Fermented honey & garlic on top, pickled eggs & beets on the bottom right, pickled carrots with peppers, garlic & beets on the bottom left. What are your favorite picking recipes?

Fresh free range eggs[unwashed & ungraded] - our girls are fed a 20% layer diet milled here locally in NC! In addition to to the high quality feed they also recieve poultry vitamins, garlic, red chili pepper, cinnamon and many other herbs to keep the girls as healthy as possible! Plus all the yummy fresh fruit and veggies I have on hand. If you need local eggs these are your girls!
