Salty Paws Dog Training is the culmination of experience from two dog trainers who are genuinely passionate about developing the relationships between dogs and their owners. We believe that through learning the tools to communicate well with your own dog as a leader, your dog will learn to respect you and relax into their role in your household.

For a dog that previously used to sn**ch food from unsuspecting hands and worked well as a garbage disposal, Bella is doing a great job at 'leave it' with one of her favorite treats!

The reward is always greater to those who learn to wait...Here Jax learns to 'leave it' with a cookie and is rewarded with lots of play and a snack.

The beach is a great place to practice sit/stays while people walk by as distractions. Here Carrie has both dogs sitting calmly while kids are playing just outside of the shot.
