Handmade crocheted photography props. Made in a smoke/pet free home. I began the journey of crocheting in 1999. It gives me a chance to learn knew things.

Welcome to my page Tangled in Yarn

I am a stay at home mom of 4, and happily married to my best friend. My husband's grandma would sit and crochet, and one day I asked her to teach me. I loved making baby blankets and giving them to friends, and family as gifts. In Nov. 2012 I decided to venture out and sell my items. Sold my first 2 baby blankets, then got a request for other items. So, I opened

a FB page, and began to join different prop groups. I realized that making photography props was something that I really enjoyed making. So, in 2015 I decided to reopen my Etsy shop and focus mainly on selling props. I still do other items occasionally, and always love custom orders. Thank you all so much for stopping by my page. I haven't taken orders since 2018. I've barely picked up my crochet hook since then. I'm in a better place now, but anxiety and depression took over my life that year. It's okay to not be okay. Just make sure that you talk to someone. I started therapy and it has helped me a lot. I just wanted you to know that you aren't alone.♥️

I'm still recovering from surgery. I thought about picking up my hook and crocheting something. Do you have any suggestions? 🧶

Slowly making progress on the remake of my 11year olds blanket. She wanted the same pattern. I just used a different weight of yarn. This has motivated me to start crocheting. I'll probably expand the things that I make to more than photo props.

Totally different post kind of.😊 Since I haven't been doing very much with making and selling things. I've taken some small tasks as a virtual assistant. I've really enjoyed being able to help people. If anyone who has a business and you're looking for some help. Customer service,research, creating spreadsheets etc let me know. I would love to work with a fellow crafter

My daughter has been wanting me to make her another blanket. She wanted the same pattern ,so I had to look at the blanket since I couldn't remember the pattern used. I haven't crocheted for a really long time. We went through my yarn 🧶 stash and these are the colors she chose.
