Christmas came a couple days early for everyone at the shelter. Cali's Wish has come true!
After 1,420 nights with Marshmallow Cali has found her forever home.
Thank you to everyone who liked, shared, donated, or even just thought about her, and mostly thank you to her new family.
We have all cried many tears of happiness.

Me and my longtime volunteer visitor, whom I have been sizing up from afar for about a year! Watching her hang out with other doggies; I was never quite sure if I wanted to hang out. Now I want to be pals ☺️. Please share so peeps know I’m still looking for my own home!

The Lakes Area Parrot Heads are gearing up to host their annual back-to-back fundraisers, Macaws for Paws and Boats-N-Bars, on Aug. 25-26, with both to benefit the local Marshmallow Animal Shelter.

Now it's Cali’s turn for adoption! She's been waiting 4 long years and come so far from being tied to a post outside of the shelter.
She has been doing obedience school also and doing so well! Check her out!
