We are proud to announce that due to our remarkable growth in Northampton, we have decided to move to a slightly larger space in Easthampton! The continuing construction on Damon rd and the need for a larger space was the deciding factor for this move. It is about 10 minutes from our recent location on Damon rd. We appreciate all of your patience and support thus far 🙏 🙌 ❤
Our new location is 135 A Northampton St, Easthampton, Ma 01027. We are located just a minute down the road from the River Valley Co-op and in the same plaza as Papa George's Pizza visible from the road. We are excited to see everyone and their furry friends in Easthampton. 🐕🐾😃

Some updates: We won't be taking any NEW clients with dogs over 40 pounds for Full Service grooms. Short haired breeds over 40 can be taken for Full Service baths. Our client list has grown rapidly!! This may change in the future.

🐶 It is highly recommended to book several appointments ahead! Our next availability as of now is mid September! To ensure your pup is being groomed when needed please book ahead online!!!

Hello everyone and happy New Year! 🎆 ❄ I wanted to share some updates for what to expect from here on out at the Spa. We are booking out around 8 weeks. It is best to schedule multiple appointments at a time to ensure an appointment, especially if your pup is on 4-8 week schedule. The quickest and most efficient way to book is online, as I won't be answering phone calls during the work day so I am not taking time away from my current clients I am grooming. Please book online, if you have any questions feel free to send me a text or email. I wont be "fitting dogs in" to the schedule. Please schedule appointments ahead and brush, maintain your dog's coats in between appointments to prevent matting/ excessive shedding. Thank you for your patience we have grown quite popular! Our hours have changed to 8am to 4pm. Monday through Thursday, and Saturday. Saturday appointments book up really quick so plan a few months ahead! We wont be taking "after hour" appointments. The last appointment of the day will be 230, 3 depending on the dog breed/ service. Please call if you will be a few minutes late to an appointment. If you are too late we will need to reschedule to the next available which may not be for 6-8 weeks so please make it on time to your scheduled appointment. 2 No shows will result in termination of your account with us. If you need to cancel ahead of time or reschedule please let us know as far an advance as possible. I have increased pricing slightly with some breeds/ services. Payment in cash/check is preferred.Thank you! We look forward to another wonderful year making your pups look and smell great! 🐾❤💜💙✂️🛁
