Cuddles says thank you to everyone for an amazing first zoo at the Barton Library!!

Fun fact: the library was our first full fledged zoo! While we had some appearances with just Skittles, our first full zoo as with Barton! They are forever in our hearts for trusting us with the kiddos and bringing them the zoo!

We are celebrating BIG this year with an afternoon full of fun!

🎉 12:00 p.m. - Story Time with Union County Animal Protection Society
🎉 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. The Salvation Army of El Dorado, AR will serve FREE hot dogs, chips, and drinks.
🎉 1:00 p.m. - Steel Drum Soloist, Darril Harp Edwards HD will present evening of Caribbean Music
🎉 1:00 p.m. - Meet Skittles the cow and others from Block-R Barnyard

We will conclude the party rewarding the top three readers in each age category!

Our sweet Skittles would like to raise awareness about Angelmans Syndrome! We often say she was trained with special needs and the beautiful young warrior that trained her has Angelmans. With few words to be said, most of her words are noises but her smile is contagious and we love her!!

We had so much fun! Skittles was led by Myra, who is the Arkansas Junior Miss United States Agriculture! With us is front left, Taylor who is learning the ag trade and will be training with skittles soon, then behind him is his mother Anna. She’s become a dear friend to our farm family!! And then final is me, the momma!!

Skittles has already committed to next years parade!

So last night skittles made most of the parade though she missed the downtown leg. Pace of the parade up and left us so she couldn’t make it. But we took a back way and ended up downtown still! She visited kids along the way, got to meet Santa and went to Marilyn’s to meet some awesome folks!! Who says a cow can’t go to a bar?!
