Blue Brat Oyster mycelium enjoying its second meal, which is simply oats hydrated overnight with water. Shown at 1 week and 2 weeks post inoculation. In this way, our cultures expand from a few milliliters to 4-5 lbs. ✌️😉

Greetings and welcome to our page. Thank for stopping by!

We are indulging in our lifelong passion for mushrooms by cultivation and care of live cultures, specifically those that are not available locally. In the process of their care and feeding, delicious edible mushrooms will be produced, which we will make available to our community. For those who prefer to not eat meat as we do, this will add completely new flavors and textures to your menu. Our first harvest of pink and blue oysters looks to be around the first week in August. Our Bear's Head should be fruiting a week or two after that, as it colonizes more slowly.
