Take walks during the cooler parts of the day and bring water for both you and your dog.

Keep in mind that asphalt heats up quickly. If you can't hold your hand on it for 30 seconds, it's too hot for your dog's paws 🥵.

This temperature can burn human skin and is dangerous for dogs' unprotected paws.
