I am proud to announce that after spending the last 2.5 years completing the master's program in clinical mental health counseling at the University of North Alabama, I graduated in December and have been approved as an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama as of today! In related news, I am also excited to announce the opening of HappyCat Counseling LLC, my new therapy practice. I have social media pages established on Facebook and Instagram for the business. The business' website should be active in the next 24-48 hours. I plan to start seeing clients on Tuesday, January 30th at Common Ground, a therapy co-work space near downtown Huntsville, AL. Jane Sweeney, LPC-S, of Sojourner Counseling in Madison, AL will be providing my clinical supervision. I plan to continue veterinary practice as a weekend emergency clinician through my veterinary relief business, and I plan to continue Introvets Podcast. (So, yes, I will still be a veterinarian.) Give me a follow over at my business' page if you'd like to stay up-to-date, and feel free to share it as well!
