Adoption and Waiting List procedures:

We raise Labrador Retrievers on a family farm. We currently have 3 females, one each color,, and 2 sires - chocolate and yellow. We have a new chocolate female who will have her first litter in late 2022 and a new yellow female who will have her first litter in 2023. We also offer stud services with our two sires if you and your female lab live within driving

distance to us. Contact us for more details on that process. We advertise our upcoming litters on our page - Centennial Farm Labradors (www.facebook.com/cflabradors). If you see we are expecting a litter or have new pups, the first step is to contact us through our Contact page on our website, or message us on our page. Sending a message through the business page is most effective in getting a quick response. Please leave us your name, email address, cell number, and city/state where you are located. We will contact you in return with any answers to questions you may have. Here is our procedure; maybe your questions will be answered!

1. We have a waiting list for puppies, so if we have none available at the moment, please message us and request to be put on it. We will let you know your position on that list when you make your request.

2. At two weeks of age, we register our litters with AKC. All our dogs are AKC registered, so their pups able to be as well.

3. Also at two weeks of age, we begin taking NON-REFUNDABLE deposits for pups. WE ACCEPT CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER ONLY. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. We can also accept credit/debit cards through Square Reader, but there's a 4% processing fee in addition which is charged by Square. We require $200 down to hold your spot to select a pup. We will go in the order of our waiting list.

4. Once the pups can run around well, around 5 weeks old, we will contact those with deposits paid and ask them to visit us and select a puppy from our litter, in order of the waiting list again. Each puppy will be identified with a specific colored collar.

5. You may come to visit your pup before pickup time. Please call us ahead of time to set up an appointment. Due to our busy family schedule, we may not be able to accommodate your first visit date request.

6. Pick up will be two days after the pups' visit to the veterinarian, at approximately 7 weeks old. Trust me, you do NOT want to take home a puppy that has just taken a dose of wormer or had shots!! Pups go home with first shots, two doses of wormer, vet check, Heartguard/Interceptor or similar parasite control, and AKC registration papers. We also provide either their first dose of Frontline or a coupon for it you may redeem at your vet's office. You may also request a copy of the parents' pedigrees if you wish.

7. Payment in full is required at date of pick up. CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, MONEY ORDER - NO CHECKS ALLOWED. As mentioned before, we can accept debit or credit cards, but the processing company again charges a 4% fee. Your $200 deposit will go toward your total. We ask you sign a receipt and release form, and if possible, get a picture taken at pickup as well.

8. Once you have settled in with your new pup, we would like to request you visit our page and leave a review of the puppy, as well as the service we provided you. Any reviews left at the page may be transferred to our website. If you would be so kind, please feel free to share a picture and update of the pup every now and then on the page! Playtime! At times like this, it's easy to see who are the young ones and who are the more mature, older dogs. Our patriarch, Max, is pretty chill through the whole thing. He just lets the little ones take after the ball and bring it back. He's just content to trot around and hang out with everybody!❤️
