Aspen is preparing to lay her first sac from Sprite! I paired these guys over 6 weeks ago, and she never laid. I paired them again 2 weeks ago, and it seems to have taken this time! I’m so excited to see their babies 😍

We found this HANDSOME mature male Platycryptus undatus (tan jumping spider) on the underside of our roof. I’ve never seen one before, I’m impressed by his leg span!

I brought him in for some water and a nice meal, and then I’ll release him so he can hopefully go woo some ladies 🖤✨

Her babies should be emerging any day now and I can’t wait to watch them grow up, as this is her first clutch with us!
