Feral Cat Condo Update!
Yesterday’s rains brought in 14 inches of water In feeding station area and condo area of one of RMJA’s cat condos. We developed a bridge out of stumps and used plywood to create access to the condos to keep the cats out of the water.
The video below shows the condo with its makeshift bridges and the little cat prints show how it was successful.
The cat condo had to be relocated to higher ground, stay tuned for picture updates.

We want to take a look back at 2019 and highlight some of the things Rescue Me was able to accomplish with the help of the community.
RMJA was able to fund 63 cat adoptions and 11 dog adoptions at the Jackson County Animal shelter, totaling $3,555.00. That is 74 animals that were able to get homes!
RMJA provided 2 Animal Control officer Vests for $1576.80 and 1 K9 Vest for $715.45. Also, 2 K9 vests were purchased for the Blackman K9 officers for 1430.91 each. Safety First!
RMJA provided 2 chip scanners for $603.00 to make identifying lost pets much easier.
2 Live traps were purchased for catch and release for $117.46.
TLets make 2020 one to remember! here were so many things accomplished this year, from the cat condo project to helping families with vet bills and nothing would be possible without the help of all of our supporters.
