Most of our competitors will offer lower prices IF you agree to sign a 1-2 year agreement which is actually a "CONTRACT", and if you decide you would like to terminate this contract within your agreement time frame, those companies will force you to pay a large cancellation fee. We believe that by signing a contract...this means that the company you hired can come to your property and do a poor job and you still have to pay for the service, and if you decide to cancel/terminate your contract then you're still forced to pay a cancellation fee.
