The babies!!

Mittens, the momma tuxedo, was abandoned by her humans when they moved away and left her and her sister to fend for themselves this past summer. We rescued Mittens around New Years, and discovered she was pregnant. We set up the garage with a birthing crate, a cat tower and a secured playpen, and just opened up the playground today. She had 5 beautiful kittens on 2/15/24. We will find good homes for the babies, then get Mittens fixed and find her a loving home as well. Precious, her sister, showed up a couple weeks ago, pregnant too. We took her in on the evening of 2/29/24, and she had 5 beautiful kittens on 3/3/24. I will make a separate post of her when the babies open their eyes. These 5 kittens will be available for adoption around 4/15/24
