If you have not listen to this pod cast I highly recommend it. Intermittent and long term fasting have the potential to cure many of your health problems that YOU TAKE medication for. Everything is diet related . Most people Over feed for emotional reasons. Me included. I have done 5 day fasts in tue past and it makes a huge difference in how I feel. The hard part is giving up your emotional crutch in the form of food with the reward center.

When potty training a new pup or dog it is important to always give clear messages and what you’re trying to achieve. If you allow the pup or dog to have 100% access or access in the house without supervision and the dog goes potty in your house it is your fault. Unless you catch them in the act of going potty in the house, you cannot discipline or reprimand them because they will not connect the dots and they will get more creative and they will go potty in another place, if allowed to. It is important to get your dog or puppy onto a schedule. Get yourself a crate, a plastic crate versus a cage because that is considered a den for them and it needs to be not much bigger than the dogs they need to be able to stand up and turn around and that’s pretty much it. If you give them too much space, and put a lot of blankets or bedding in there there’s a very good chance that they will soil their bedding. If they’re in the house, your house is temperature control so they don’t need a blanket or bedding until they understand that it is not a chew toy and or something to soil.. do not let your dog free feed because you will never know when they need to go p*e or p**p because they’re snacking throughout the day. Yes it’s not healthy for them to snack during the day because this can cause problems with their behaviors such as possession aggression..  the other possibility is if the dog has food all the time how do you know if it is sick the first sign of an animal not feeling well if they stop eating. That may be the difference between going to the vet and having a simple vet bill versus hospitalization. When you’re trying to train a dog you need to give them an incentive a paycheck of sorts. If the dog is not looking to you for food, then it is not getting a paycheck and it has no reason to look to you. Because food is so very important and being their number thing to survive this becomes a great training toole which then has the pet look to you as this lifesaving source. This is second to a love and affection. Typically a dog will have to p**p about 15 to 30 minutes after they eat a full meal if they’re on a kibble-based diet. If they’re on a raw diet it actually could be up to an hour hour and a half depending on how much food they’re eating . Depending on the dog sometimes they will actually only p**p once a day and or half the amount that one would think . This is because they’re using 80% of that diet versus only 20%  when fed a KIBBLE based diet. Kibble based diets are mostly carbohydrates and fillers . Most people don’t realize that kibble-based diets only have about 2 pounds of meat per 30 pounds of dry food. If you have a 50 pound dog and you feed a raw diet that dog is going to eat 1 1/half pounds to 2 pounds of meat per day in a species appropriate diet versus what kibble actually provides. Dog food companies do what they call fractions splitting in their labeling. What that means is all the carbohydrates below the meat source which they say is the number one ingredient is actuallyteally isn’t the highest ingredient per # as they state. The carbohydrate load is extremely high in kibble-based diet. Otherwise it would not stick together when going through an extrusion process . The extrusion process is a very high heat Nd pressure which can be up to 600degrees in heat and over 300 # of pressure to push tue ingredients together to stick and hold together into a pelleted form. If there was a high meat content the pellet wood not stick together because there’s no starch to hold it together so understand you’re feeding lots of carbohydrates which is t healthy for dogs and cats. These carbohydrates which are a starch then convert to sugar which feed the yeast in the body which can cause overgrowth of yeast in the body, which then can lower the immune system overtime.. if one does not give a variety of different protein sources, and a variety of small amounts of carbohydrates about 5-10% depending on the age of the pet , the microbiome or the gut bacteria, which is 80 to 85% of your immune system. can become deficient. When the microbiome is deficient in a variety of species of bacteria, the diversification process is compromised. This is why dogs have and cats can have a sensitive stomach. Think about children when they’re babies, we don’t give five different types of food because they will get diarrhea from that when starting on solid food because their gut lacks the species of bacteria to digest these food. Their gut has to make new learn how to make new species of bacteria so that they can digest those new foods that they are going to eating for the rest of their lives. Keeping a pet on the same diet. Their entire life is never a healthy solution. In fact, it is causing great deprivation to their micro, biome . Specifically pets need to have a variety of different proteins and carbohydrates sources to diversify the micro biome, so it stays nice and healthy. All diseases start with the lack of the immune function in the gut which is specially tied to tue microbiome. Lacking diversity not providing the immune system what it needs can create an unhealthy pet over time. if your pet is experiencing, gut issues or farting a lot that tells you right there they are not processing their food properly and are struggling. Typically these pets look good on the outside but the inside is struggling and they are not healthy . Inflammation, and Disease start to manifest and it’s not a matter if it’s a matter of when a disease process finally takes hold and causes serious problems. Most diseases can be managed and sometimes cured once the microbiome is restored. Conventional medicine rarely looks at this as an option and has no direction on how to address this dynamic. This is not something that is taught in veterinary school yet. . Did you know that puppies that have parvo if given ozone rectally will reduce the inflammation,) kill the virus, kill bacteria, fungus, and parasites ? Once this is done then giving the dog or pup healthy microbiome (p**p to them directly they will heal and a quarter of the time? Conventional medicine typically give lots of drugs and specific antibiotics which can be life saving in some instances but their is also a huge down side to this proactive. The antibiotics will destroy tue good gut bacteria as well as the bad which will further destroy a good part of them microbiome and then cause more problems down the road. Did you know that dogs eat p**p because they’re trying to help themselves.? They eat p**p especially from other dogs because they’re trying to diversify their Microbiome. They are trying to get different species of bacteria, because what they’re eating in their diet is not giving them the bacteria’s they they need to thrive and keep themselves healthy.

This is what an Aussie looks like that has had cancer ( spindle cell sarcoma) for 10.5 years. Just understand cancer is not a death sentence and it can be manageable and extend the life of a loved one without all the harmfull side effects of chemo and radiation and the ridiculous cost. Holistic treatments and therapies vs Conventional medicine is why he is still thriving betree than dogs without cancer . Conventional medicine would’ve killed him most likely within weeks to a few months after diagnosis . The stupidest thing I have ever seen is when Inwas watching a movie being shot . The actors saying their part without a mask then putting it back on while around others.standing around. Are people really not that intelligent? Masks do absolutely nothing make you breathe your own bacteria and junk over and over contaminating yourself with filth. unfortunately so many people are sheep ! Stand up and say NO ! STOP BEING COMPLIENT!! It is shocking as to how many of you actually do this idiotic stuff! Masks never did squat nor did so called social distancing. STOP ALREADY!!unless you want to be controlled the rest of your lives by the feckless POS goverment/ elitists/ globalists! DO NOT COMPLY!! Smokee and Todd playing. When cats don’t have mental emotional and physical stimulus it can cause all kinds of behavior problems. Some things that Todd was experiencing were eating indiscriminate objects as well as bullying other pets and obsessive compulsive behaviors.  Who knew this feral black Cat would end up being Todd’s best friend and wrestling buddy . Todd never had the correct teachers as a kitten to teach him to be nice to other cats and what that meant. He was rude and extremely aggressive in play , but now Smokee has taught him how not to extend his claws everytime he plays nor to bite down hard and hurt others. Smokee has earned a life with us here now even tho I didn’t want another cat. Smokee is a hilarious cat that loves to play in every shape and form .

If she goes we all go. Most people don't have a clue as to just how far gone we are. I have a prayer request. There's a lady I've known forever. She is very sick and on top of that, she's being abused by those she has given everything to. Lies about her abound, and it seems to come from all sides. It just breaks my heart. It seems there's nothing I can do alone but, maybe if we join together, we can lift her up.
She's well over 200 years old but way too young to die. Her name is "America", and I love her. People, we truly do need to pray really hard for our Country...and for each other.
