We're halfway through Clear the Shelters, and a new opportunity to raise money for Texas Humane Heroes!

From noon, August 27th through midnight, September 2nd, the animal shelter with the single largest donation will receive a $5,000 grant from The Animal Rescue Site!

In addition, the two shelters who receive the highest number of individual gifts, regardless of donation size, will both receive a $5,000 grants from The Animal Rescue Site.

Checkin' in with Reggie McDonald!

This three-year-old guy is being fostered by one of our staff members while he completes his heartworm treatment. In the meantime, the little guy's loved being social with the family's dogs while they're outside - although inside he still keeps to himself. He has a good grasp on potty-training, enjoys staring out the window during the day, and thoroughly investigates every corner of a room before settling down for a nap.
