You've seen Mojo Dojo Rainbow Man and Sublime! - our Stone Horses offerings in Mojo - but how do you get one? It's simple!

If you want either of these models, we will have Claim Cards out on our Stone Horses table IN the Mojo Dojo room. Simply pick up a claim card from the lovely Mackenzie Purdy, and take it across the hall to the Stone Store to pay for and pick up your horse. Note that the claim cards are good for ONE HOUR! Don't dilly dally, any unused claim cards expire and will be replaced on our table to sell models to the next folks who want one. There are ten (10) Rainbow Men and forty five (45) Sublimes, so we hope you're able to snag what you're looking for!

What else will we have? Lots. We have FREE stickers of Mojo Dojo Rainbow Man and of Sublime!, as well as free Equilocity friendship bracelets! And as an extra bonus, if Rainbow Man sells out, we will put out FREE Mini Rainbow Man enamel pins! So if you miss out on the big guy, you can still take him home after a fashion. The pins won't be put out until he's sold out, so check back if you want one!

We're getting so close to the event! If you want to come join us without losing your parking spot at the Clarion, most of our event, including Kylee Parks' Mojo Dojo Casa Horse, is in the Conference area that is on the North side of the building - even closer to the Clarion. It is a 0.28 mile walk, and there are no major road crossings - just some parking lots. If you want to drive, you can do that too - the Griffin Gate has plenty of parking. See you soon!

The excitement is getting ✨real world✨ level as the TWO week countdown begins and I’m beginning to roll out what I’ve been working on for MONTHS AND MONTHS! 🥳

Now that my fun micros have been introduced to the real world, many of you have questions or concerns (ex: what if there’s beach? You’ll need someone professional at that.) 🏄‍♂️

Mojo Dojo Casa HORSE is art, artists and MORE! 🩷

We are all about community, friends, connecting, making memories and having FUN! 🥳 First and foremost, we ENCOURAGE everyone to not just bring your best but ALSO MOJO ATTIRE! Those dressed in their best Barbie Inspired costumes and attire will receive some special PERKS BOTH evenings! (no, you simply cannot wear an item of pink and call yourself a Barbie!) Get creative, make It weird and have some fun… but also remember this is a family friendly event so please keep it clean and kind! 😇

Here’s what to look forward to during our two fun filled nights:

OPENING NIGHT
Thursday, July 11, 2024: Cheers! 🥂

🩷 Those that come in Barbie Inspired costumes will receive one FREE drink ticket for a glass of champagne at our Champagne Wall situated directly outside of our event suites! This is for 21+ and ID required. For our younger attendees and those that do not wish to partake we are providing complimentary PINK Lemonade and water! We can all CHEERS to our opening night, getting to see our friends, and of course, our FIRST art event together! 🥰

🩷 Another benefit to coming in costume is that you will receive a free ticket to be entered in to the Studio Thornrose’s Thursday drawing. This ticket is ONLY good for Thursday night. Random winner will be drawn at the Studio Thornrose table at 9:30pm and YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN! Prize to be announced.

🩷 We have free festive Mojo name tags for everyone as well. These will be at the table outside the hall at 6:30pm and will be available to fill out and wear them proudly prior to doors opening at 7:00pm. At this time you can begin to line up, collect your champagne ticket/drink and free drawing ticket if you’re in costume! 💃

🩷 Shop til ya drop! Doors will close promptly at 10:00 so we can prepare and rest for the following day’s festivities! 😴

FINAL NIGHT
Friday, July 12, 2024: Costume Contest! 🪩

🩷 We are hosting a FUN Barbie Inspired costume contest! Registration is required will begin at 6:30pm outside the event suite where Mojo Helpers will take your info for the CROWD VOTE contest. Entries will close by 8:00pm and crowd voting will be from 9-9:30pm. A QR code will be provided to vote for your favorite costume and the one with the most votes wins! You do not have to be present to vote. Winner announced at 9:45pm and must be present to collect their prize but you do no have to be present for voting etc! If you’re attending the Stone Dinner feel free register around 6:30pm, pop over when the QR online voting code is up and back for winning announcement at 9:45pm! You can promote your costume online and throughout the events! 💝

🩷 There will also be a SECOND random drawing for those in costume attire! You can collect your free ticket to be entered in to the Studio Thornrose drawing from the Mojo Helpers. Random winner will be drawn at the Studio Thornrose table 9:30pm and YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

🩷 Doors will close promptly at 10:00pm as we need to be out of the hall with all of our items that evening.

Angelo is a part time Colorado artist who specializes in manes, tails, trace clips and everything HAIR. They enjoy customizing OF models and resins alike, making sure every horse comes out of the studio having a good hair day! 💇‍♀️

During their free time, they are a botanist, filling their home with way too many plants. Angelo has carved out a niche in the hobby assisting live shows, stewarding, holding workshops and most importantly, helping artists 🙌

They will be at Mojo Dojo Casa Horse to answer your questions, wrangle the rogue, weary artists, assist with set up and MORE! 🥳

Erin has been building things since the late 90s when she first discovered the model horse hobby. Holding shows, creating new fundraising ideas to get folks to enter minis in the Nationals, getting Breyer to re-launch BreyerWest and running it for 8 years – Erin finds her deepest joy in bringing people together for high quality experiences that center excellent products. This drive led her to change gears and pull off the incredibly unlikely feat of acquiring Stone Horses in 2024 – and now as President, she finally gets to bring the true products and experiences of her dreams all the way to fruition for the hobby community. Erin never met a “no” that she allowed to stand between her and her goals, and this was no different. Now located in Shipshewana Indiana with her 10-year old daughter Olive and their two Italian Greyhounds Alice and Ruth, Erin gets to do her dream job every single day. Her competitive drive for excellence brings all around her on the journey to something new and exciting. The President is here – I am, You’re welcome! 🤠

Meet our bookish artist, Tracy! She is a painter who loves to get lost in the lines of detail on a piece late at night! 🌙 📚

She will be bringing finished short story medallions and novella minis for purchase to the event, as well as displaying her BCC-turned-experimental canvas epic novel GREYVY! 🩶

There will be a fun variety of textbook and sci-fi colors available to choose from because each piece has their own special plotline to follow with a brush. At Mojo, the hero always gets the horse, who is the REAL main character here! 😎

✨MAGGIE JENNER-BENNETT✨

Maggie Jenner-Bennett has been innovating since she stepped onto the scene decades ago. From popularizing the now-ubiquitous micro mini size horses on a hobby-wide scale with her monthly micro club to pushing the creative envelope in her transition from analog clay sculpting into the digital world, Maggie is always looking for ways to improve – not only her own work, but the model horse community as a whole. These days, you’ll find her continuing to sculpt at least 15 horses every single year, doing bar-raising commercial work in Original Finish plastic, offering help and techniques to anybody who shows a genuine interest in learning… and taming her and her husband Duncan’s new property in the wilds of North Carolina. Somehow, she also finds time to be an expert in native flora and fauna identification, collect all manner of skulls and skeletons both because they’re cool and because they aid in sculpting accuracy, and various other odds and ends that some might call ‘Weird’. Those of us who know Maggie know that Weird is always a positive word: "Make it more weird!" 🥳

Kristen Cermele of KNC Equine Art has an eye for the drama, with fantastical resculpted and painted pieces that bring in all the colors of nature - and then some. When she is not petting her tiny baby mustang Clamantha Primrose and working on her models, flat art, stickers, and fiber art in New Jersey, she is spending time in Shipshewana as one of the new Guest Artists at Stone Horses - bringing her full catalog of creativity to Original Finish models. Kristen does plenty of fabulous realistic models as well, and she will have a mix of all of the above in July! 🥳
