A windy and rainy day didn’t stop all
The pups from visiting Paws. Miss. Aspen and I met so many new fur and Hooman friends today. Without further ado…

Mr. Ralph walked straight in and knew exactly what he wanted. The combination of a Benebones pack was on his mind to keep him busy for the rest of the day.

Our very own bougie Miss. Gidget needed something to cool her down during this heatwave. She saw my posts from this week and insisted on stopping by to grab a cooling mat. This debutante needs to cool down to make a cool entrance into society. 👸👸👸😂❤️🐾❤️

Mae Mae and Goose made a run for it between rainstorms into Paws to grab some sweet potato chips for tonight’s family night. ❤️🐾❤️❤️🐾❤️

Mr. Theo settles in for a Prince Crown. 👑 One can only be entitled to such privileges to receive the honor of the specialty of a delish treat. ❤️🤴🏼🐾❤️

This family of three was passing through from B&D Agility for home in Virginia. Naturally, I tried to get a hold of the only rare breed of a close friend we know who happens to also be a Rhodesian Ridgeback. No answer. I wanted to share our excitement about meeting the two lovely Ridgebacks Miss. Rain and Miss. Grace was of Ashland. Two National Champions for agility. 🥰. they brought along their adoptive sister who has retired from racing. The beautiful Miss. Pegasus.

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to post a warning ⚠️ about Miss. Aspen or for any other pup. But when I have Aspen outside with her treats and obviously blocked off for any free-range children, it simply means to keep away from her while she’s working on her treats. This does not mean pushing aside the blockade and going up to a strange dog without asking the owner first. 98% of the time adults get the rules/etiquette of dog ownership/approaching. But almost daily I get those that still insist and think it’s ok. As with every dog please always ask and be diligent. Miss. Aspen loves children and people but like me, if you get near my gummy bears I growl too. 😂

When you’re working at the store and you realize that the Store Baby is having more fun than you this summer. But at least I’m able to visit with all the wonderful fur friends that stop into Paws. The best part of being a store owner. ❤️❤️❤️

Tonight, they did stop by the house to ride around on my Ranger with his dad. I so miss this little guy and the Kinzler family.

A beautiful Friday in Ligonier brought out lots of visitors from all over the neighboring states.

Mr. Ozzy was the first to stop in for a visit. I challenged him with a “catch the treat in the air.” Before he walked out with a bag of Charlie Bear Cranberry Almond Treats and Happy Birthday Cookies for next week.

Every morning that Miss. Aspen works we walk next door to sniff and get more familiar with Lil’ Rugby. Today Aspen helped Lil’ Rugby shop around Paws. So sweet that Miss. Aspen spent some of her paycheck to to treats and toys for her new friend aka Branch Manager for The Treehouse next door to Paws. I see great adventures in town with these two on our porch for our boutiques.

Since my mother passed away last May, My sister and I have assisted in taking care of her pups. Before my mom passed I got her approval of doggie daycare twice a week and a dog walker. She observed and approved after meeting Lisa Kuhn who owns LuckyDog Pet Service of Ligonier. We are so thankful for the support and love that Lisa gives to my mom’s pups Miss. Sky and Miss. Trixie. ❤️🐾❤️
