The Arizona Saddle Club is a non-profit family oriented
riding group that holds monthly gymkhanas, as well as, one statewide show every year and rides in parades. Club
members also participate in other statewide shows. Originally founded in 1975 with only 8 members, the ASC
has grown to well over 80 members in 2013. Every member in good standing accumulates points for our year end awards where

there are prizes and a banquet. Our age groups are 7 and under, 8 thru 10, 11 thru 14, 15 thru 24 and 25 & Over.The younger cowboys and cowgirls can be lead lined if needed. We also have a youth group which raises money
throughout the year for an end of the year party. ASC has a benefit event at every show and the proceeds
go to a charity that is chosen and voted on by the club. If you are looking for good family fun please come out and join us!

One day away from our June show and we cannot wait to see you!!

Reminder, we are suing the May form on our website!

Books open at 4pm and we start at 5pm.
Sign ups must be done by 5pm so that we can get started on time!

Remember to wear your Hawaiian, summer best and come ready to have some fun!!

So sorry for the delay in information!

May show is postponed/cancelled and being rescheduled in June with double points for members!

We hope to have finalized details by the end of the week!

Also, we will be doing a July show up in Dewey in partnership with VHV Ranch!

Our April show is just a few days away and we can’t wait to have you join us!!

Please be sure to come prepared with water and shade, as well as your jump in and volunteer at the gate and to switch out patterns. We have had the same few families volunteering and would need to see more participation!

-entry table is below the announcers booth
-no warm up in the main arena, only in the uncovered arenas
-please try to enter before 9am
-if you would like points to count towards end of year awards, you must fill out a membership form

What a great show we had yesterday!

Thank you to everyone who came to participate and watch, as well as a huge thank you to all of our volunteers! We couldn’t have done it without you!

Our February event post will go today and we need to increase participation, so please help us by sharing the event to your own page!

Update on 2023 awards ceremony!

We have two sets of items that have not come in on time, so we are going to postpone until after our February show to make allow for more time for awards to arrive!

This will allow for everyone to get their awards the day of and be able to enjoy them right away!

Happy Friday everyone!

We are just one day away from our first show of the 2024 season and we cannot wait to have you all join us!

Books open at 8am, jackpots at 9am and gymkhana to follow!
We will have membership forms and ASC apparel available to get you started for the new year!

Please invite all levels of rides, family and friends to participate or come and support!

Lunch will be served around 11:30. Burger, chips and a drink combo for $7. Cash or Venmo.

REMEMBER: We are back at Tanner Arena (previously known as Dunns Arena)

We do need volunteers to help us in a few positions, please let us know in the morning what you might be willing to help with! Gate to arena, selling apparel, etc!

I know you all have many questions about the new year and our events. I promsie as soon as I have the answers you will all be the first to know!

As of right now, we are working on securing an arena and dates for this year, as well as finalize 2023 and the awards.

Trust me, I know it is hard to plan without dates and answers, but I truly do promise to have those to you as soon as I have them!

Happy Monday ASC family and friends!

‼️VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE AHEAD‼️

Due to a few extenuating circumstances, we are having to reschedule our October show as well as change venues for the remainder of our 2023 shows!

I know this will possibly cause some challenges for people, please bear with us as we work through and try to end 2023 on a good note!

⭐️The remainder of our 2023 shows will be held at Wayne’s Saddlery in Tonopah! 5804 S 339th Ave
Tonopah, AZ

⭐️October 7th is now rescheduled for October 14th and changes to a day show! Books open at 8am, Jackpots start at 9am and gymkhana to follow!

⭐️November and December shows will now be two day shows, Saturday and Sunday!

⭐️All entry forms and patterns will still be the same for the remainder of the year, and we will be working on updating them with the new location information!

Please feel free to message us with any questions you may have and thank you so much in advance for your patience and understanding to these changes! We are committed to providing the best show, as well as the safest show possible for all of you!

Good morning ASC and happy Saturday!!

As you all know it is going to be very hot today and in order to not risk injury, or harm to you or your horses we are making the tough decision to postpone our September show!

We will be looking to add it to October and have two shows instead of one! More information to come!

Good afternoon ASC!

We hope you all had a fabulous summer and are getting back into the swing of school, sports and so much more!

As of right now, our show is still a go for Saturday evening at Dunn’s arena with books opening at 4pm and everything to start by 5pm!
Entry form, patterns and so much more are on the website!

DISCLAIMER: We are keeping an eye on the weather to make sure it won’t be too hot. Unfortunately, we will be forced to cancel if it won’t be safe for you and your horses! We will do our best to update by Saturday morning if we should need to cancel!
