Seed + Spore is an urban farm located in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. Sign up for our weekly or biweekly subscription service at our website.

We specialize in organically grown, chemical-free, freshly harvested gourmet mushrooms and microgreens. Our mission is to enrich our local community and increase sustainability by providing fresh, nutrient-dense produce with dynamic health benefits. We offer weekly sampler boxes of our mushrooms and microgreens as well as a la carte microgreens and wheatgrass. All our products are grown to order, harvested same-day, and delivered from our farm to your door.
