PUPPY DUMPED IN A PARKING LOT IN LA! 💔
A good Samaritan found him and brought him to an office of one of our volunteers. I told her immediately to him to our vet! The doctor thinks this Baby Boy is only about 9 WEEKS OLD!
He has an upper respiratory infection & is receiving antibiotics already. I wonder if that is why he was dumped.
We don't want such a small puppy to stay at the vet & catch something so I am desperately in NEED OF A FOSTER FOR THIS PUPPY!!! I can provide a playpen, pads, food - whatever is needed!
