Mr Rainey's field. The old white house still sits in back behind the morning fog rolling out from the swamp to the left. It's been like this as long as memory serves. It's a magical sight as the rolling fog would be only in that area while completely clear elsewhere on the road, countless mornings.

It recently sold. The swamp will be drained and backfilled. 7 houses will front the dirt road. a single house on 10+ acres will go up in the back.

It's goodbye to an era. I wonder if fog will still form over that area.
