Hello friends of Embark! We are so grateful for the love and support we have felt since we came back a couple days ago. We have some of the best customers out there!
We are back with some restrictions. We can only have a couple of employees working at a time so we are still fairly limited for appointments. We can not allow any customers in the shop at this time so please give us a call when you arrive and someone will come out and meet you. We are still missing a good amount of our wonderful employees so please bear with us while we adjust for the next couple of weeks before they can come back.
Our haircut appointments are full through May and beginning of June. If we have not contacted you about getting your pet an appointment please contact us during regular business hours and we’ll get something set up. We apologize for all the rescheduling and that we were not able to get back to everyone. We look forward to seeing everyone soon and getting back to normal!

Hello friends of Embark Pet Spa! The governor has said we can open again with fairly strict guidelines. We can operate one groomer at a time per room which takes out over half of our staff. We are going from 7 groomers down to 3. We are so happy to be back but we are definitely doing less pets than you are used to. We are canceling all appointments before May 26th. If you have an appointment after that it still stands. Please let us know if you have an appointment before that that needs to be rescheduled and we’ll add you to our waiting list if you would like to try to get in early. Please understand it may take a day or two to get back to you.
We are happy to be back but definitely missing a few stars of our staff. Please bear with us as we make and adjust appointments. We’ll be fully staffed at the end of May-unless something changes. Until then we are working with a minimal crew and will not be able to meet all request. We miss and appreciate you all!!

Hello friends of Embark Pet Spa! Yes! They have said we can come back. However, they have said it can be only one groomer at a time per room. So we are going from 7 groomers down to just couple for now. We’re doing everything we possibly can to get you in early and we’ll contact you if that is a possibility. Please ask to have your name added to the list and we’ll call in the order that your name was added. If you have a request groomer they may not be returning until the end of May.

Hello friends of Embark,

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible even though that is hard because it’s emotional for us! We love and appreciate you all so much.

Unfortunately we learned yesterday that all grooming salons in the state of Wisconsin must shut down until May 26th. Having Embark closed for more than 2 months is hard. We miss our employees , our customers and all of the pets. It is not our choice and none of us are happy about it. We are a close group of co-workers and miss each others company just as much as we’re missing you and your furry children. Even though it is not our choice or what we want, we also care deeply about our employees and our customers health.

We all know that when we re-open we’ll be seeing some dirty and matted pets. We understand it is hard to keep up with for this long and priorities are different these days. We ask that you be patient and understanding with us while we will do all that we possibly can to get your pets looking and feeling their best. Know that we’ll do all we can to keep them in their regular haircut but they may be on the shorter end of that.

Groomers across the state are working to stay in contact with local and state leaders regarding this closure and the effect it is having on the pets that we all care for. I’ll be in contact and adding a waiting list if we get through to them and can open earlier with a no contact order.

Once again it is I, Sarah, that is going to be rescheduling your appointments that are booked during this time and it will take longer than usual. But I promise to get back to all of you! We’re looking forward to a strong June!

Greetings once again from Embark!

Unfortunately as a non-essential business we have been asked to close until April 24th 2020. We ask that if you have an appointment during this time and would like to reschedule now to please email back to [email protected] or leave a voicemail at (414)747-8830.

On a bright note! The governor could possibly lift the order before April 24th if everything in Wisconsin is looking up and the employees of a Embark have agreed to return early if that were to happen! So also let me know in your message if you would like to be added to our waiting list to try and get in early.

Please be patient and keep in mind that all of our employees are currently at home, social distancing and it is only I, Sarah the owner of Embark doing all of the return phone calls and emails. There are a lot of both voicemails and emails to return and it could take me days.

We hate this as much as you might also but think it’s important to keep our employees, customers and all of our families safe from this virus.

Hello again friends! We are unfortunately temporary closing for the safety of our customers and employees starting Sunday March 22nd. We hope to return and are currently booking the week of April 6th. If anything changes we will let you know as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Stay healthy and safe!

Dear Embark family,

We wanted to update you all that we are open during regular business hours and we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. We are doing our usual daily deep cleaning but have added additional disinfecting measures which will take place between each client.

We ask that if you are not feeling well to please cancel your appointment and we will reschedule you no problem. We are waiving our cancellation fee during this time for anyone that has an illness.

If you would like curbside pickup or drop off of your pet let us know and one of our employees will happily assist you. We can also take your payment by phone.

One of our groomers was going to be traveling the end of this week through the beginning of next week and has suspended her travel because of this so we do have some appointments available!

We will be monitoring this on a day to day basis and will keep you up to date on any changes. Our employees, you and your pets safety and well being is our top priority.
