fessionally caring for animals for nine years. Most of my experience comes from supervising large playgroups and caring for boarding dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes. I have worked for another pet-sitting company, as well as dog daycares, kennels, an animal hospital and a pet store. I am confident in my dog handling and animal care capabilities. "Words are not enough for the incredible service that Sirius Heart provides! We were a little nervous about using a service for in home pet care instead of boarding our animals, but the animals are so unhappy when they are boarded at a kennel. Ixchel came to meet us and all of our animals for a consultation. We have two English mastiffs (who are 200+ pounds each), a French bulldog, and a cat! Ixchel took lots of notes and asked lots of questions about their personalities, eating habits, and behaviors. She made sure to know the particulars of the house too, like where the circuit breaker was and what to do if something goes wrong. We booked her "stellar overnight package", so all the animals got walk/playtime AND she spent the night with them. She has lots of different packages available to suit your needs! While we were out of the country, Ixchel emailed us everyday with a note and some photos and let us know what she did with the dogs that day. Reading her emails out loud to the kids while we were on vacation always made us laugh, because she really GOT our animals personalities... both the sweet and the naughty aspects! The best part: she even managed to train our UNTRAINABLE French bulldog!!! She has all of our dogs cured from some of their naughty behaviors, and our Frenchie will now pay attention and listen for his commands. Ixchel is a dog miracle worker. When we came home she had even done routine floor cleaning and washed the bedding! We were prepared to clear up 2 weeks of 3 dogs shedding; and it was such a joy to come home to a tidy house and happy animals!
