Lord willing, this phone nightmare is over!!! For about the past 8 months to a year, all we have done is fight with US CELLULAR. We'll, today we made the jump to AT&T.
I can not apologize enough if you have called, text or left a voicemail and not heard back from me. I can not tell you how many people have told me they have not heard back from me/received messages from me. THAT IS NOT THE WAY I WOULD LIKE TO RUN A BUSINESS OR RELATIONSHIPS.
Please give me time... I do not have messenger set up yet (and for those that know me, I'm not the best with technology so it might take me a bit)

Hello everyone!!

QUESTION for you all...... would there be a want or a need for a private dog park in this area.

Looking a 50 minute time slot to be able to let your pup run free in a fenced in area of approximately 2 acres.

We've heard so many stories of pups fighting at public park. We are looking into other options for people. This is completely in the "talking phase".

Location would be to the west of Mineral Point, in between Rewey and Mifflin.

We'd run it where you register on line for your time slot and pre pay via venmo.

Please give us your feed back.

LOST DOG NEAR MINERAL POINT

Took my dog to a dog boarding school outside of Mineral Point Bernece Buds and they lost my dog Forest 🥹 I'm a combat vet and he's a 2 year old german shepherd in training to be my service dog

Hi everyone!! I hope that you all are staying warm and safe with the subzero temperatures!! I am taking advantage of this cold day to catch up on getting our taxes prepared, doing some book work and catching up on rescheduling appointments from these snow days.

I thought this would be a good time to throw out some reminders of our policies of our hours and charges. (And reasoning behind them)

1) Monday through Friday boarding drop off and pick ups are by appointment set while booking the stay. We shoot for sometime between 8a.m and noon so dogs have time to get acclimated before evening hours when getting dropped off and time to do their "business" before going home in the mornings.

2) Saturday, Sundays and Holidays drop off and pick up times are 8:30 to 9a.m. We understand this might not always be the most convenient for everyone but we greatly appreciate your understanding that we work 7 days a week year around to ensure your pets best care while you're away. We too, need some type of family time and greatly appreciate you respecting that💓.

3) Our prices for Boarding are PER CALENDAR DAY that your fur babies are with us.
We've been questioned on why "if we pick up by 8:30a.m, why are we charged that day?"
Fair question!!
Answer is, our work is not done the second your loved pet(s) walks out the door with you. We still have to clean up any "presents" they left outside for us prior to being picked up. We have to clean the area they were in and sanitize it before another pup can be brought in. We have to wash any blankets or bedding we use for them and wash all bones, toys or bowls they have used. We understand where it might seem out of line, but there is much more that goes into this business than what is seen by the naked to eye. We do this to ensure your pets health.

4) Grooming appointments.... they are typically a 2 hour booked time slot. (This may vary with the breed of your pup). We try very hard to work with people's schedule to accommodate you. As most of you know, we generally either set a time for you to be back by for pick up or we tell you an approximate time that we will be done and tell you we will text about 20 to 30 minutes prior to us being done.
MOST people are very respectful of this and we GREATLY appreciate you. Some choose to not respect our time schedule and kennel availability so we have decided to implement a "day care" fee, much like many child care places use. For every 30 minutes after intended pick up time, there will be a charge of $10.00. (We are more than understand of emergency and unexpected issues... this is meant for the people who choose to not communicate with us and do not respect our home based business)

5) "NO SHOW" policy
I can not stress enough!!!! This is only for NO shows WITH NO COMMUNICATION. THIS IS NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED TO RESCHEDULE. We understand life happens and thing come up/change. We would never dream of charging people in those cases.
So, for NO SHOWS WITH NO COMMUNICATION....
1st time, we'll let slide, we are all human!!!
2nd time, we will need payment for the missed appointment prior to booking the next appointment.
3rd time, we will no longer book appointments.

A couple other side notes...

Please make sure your dog is on a leash while being dropped off and picked up.

PLEASE ,PLEASE, PLEASE pull up to the walk door of the shop for pick up and drop off. Make sure your vehicle is completely on the cement.
***ESPECIALLY *** in the winter and wet months. Our priority is you and your pets safety! We can't guarantee the driveway won't be slick but we do our best to keep the cement clear.
We greatly appreciate everyone's support and understanding.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, we have had an extremely high number of no show/no contact appointments lately. As of September 1st, we will be implementing an no-show fee. It will be the amount of your normal appointment. This will need to be paid prior to booking another appointment. We are currently booked out approximately 5 to six weeks, so for the ones that have reoccurring appointments, this will mean waiting till your next appointment. We understand that life happens and we ALL forget things from time to time but we do still have a business to run and maintain. Thank you for your understanding. We truly appreciate each and every one of our clients.
