Congratulations to our members who have put new titles on their dogs this year! Tiffany’s “Cruz” earned BCAT, GCH, and TDI “Tipsy” and “Calliope” earned BCAT. Nancy’s “Harper” “Robbie” and “Mina” earned AKC Championships. Ann’s “Downtown Train” earned both CH and GCH.

Pictures of the Juniors who attended Anderson Kennel Club's "Junior Handler Clinic with the Professionals" presented by the American Kennel Club's Registered Handler Program and Royal Canin. There were three rings with AKC Professional Handlers helping the Juniors. The clinic was followed by a pizza party and raffle. Thanks to Isle of the Dogs, Edelweiss Supple and Anderson Kennel Club for raffle prizes and to Booth Photography www.boothshowphoto.com.
for the photos. Every attendee received a show lead and thermos travel cup plus a raffle prize. Thanks to Anderson Kennel Club's AKC Junior Coordinator Tiffany Neal for putting this together and to President Tim Catterson for providing a free entry for Junior Showmanship Classes at the Iced Tea Cluster Shows.

We have received many favorable comments from the Juniors and their parents for sponsoring this event.

It's that time of year!! Keep an eye on where your dog's swim.

At least eight dogs have died after swimming in ponds. Likely, liver failure was brought on by ingesting water contaminated with toxic blue-green algae.

ATTENTION JUNIORS! There will be a "Junior Handler Clinic with the Professionals" presented by the American Kennel Club's Registered Handler Program and Royal Canin followed by a pizza party and raffle. To be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 during the Iced Tea Cluster shows, Muncie, IN. All current and future Junior Showmanship participants are invited to attend our FREE clinic. This is your opportunity to receive individual instruction (with your dog) from AKC registered professional handlers, to better enable you to present your dog in the show ring. You DO NOT HAVE TO BE ENTERED IN THE SHOWS to attend the FREE clinic. Juniors with Purebred and All American Dogs (mixed breed) are welcome.
