It’s tough to find a place to play down in TX…..most of these Red Dirt Places and venues aren’t interested in having me play , so I’m grateful they are allowing me to open up and play for everybody who has asked “When you playing in DFW?”

Bloom is a quick bubbling up of carbon dioxide and coffee grounds that occurs when freshly roasted coffee is brewed. Giving your coffee a half minute to bloom, depending on how recently it was roasted, will enhance its flavors.

Since honey process beans spend less time in water than washed beans do, less fermentation occurs, so not as much of the sugar in the bean is converted to acid. This results in a mellow flavor profile and sticky-sweet beans, making for a unique and delicious coffee.
