Everybody should know by now I’m no longer affiliated with Mondays Paint& Body -Owner is a real piece of work . Me and MY GUYS brought that place back to life - I was impressed with owners integrity and put it all on the line well we was turning great numbers till jealousy set in .And things changed when I backed away - ** NAIL IN THE COFFIIN***my apartment I rented off owner
The toilets never flushed right and I thing story short my place got infested and and cost me everything I- I stood brush my landorf :: cause he told me he would make it right What a mistake -the exterminator told us he warmed the owner 10 yrs he apartment under me had leaks ( Fixed 3 Times ) hell one day he had s couple 12 yr old boys working on it I have filed for damages so I’ll leave it at the fact that his negligence to take care of problems and risk my family them act like I’m the bad guy shows what a selfish bastard he is — he’s fine everybody that’s been there to run the sho Brick -Phil -Hid own son - well he got the bill by the horns this time - I will have you in my prayers Gary - you need to talk to God - and it’s not to late to do right by me I

1)Gary Monday -Owner/Operator-The OG of body shops any place , can explain & DO what it takes to get them out the door . Not met another with the integrity he has at his own life that he apples at the shop !! Will dive right in the mix an show them how it’s done !!
2)Brian Carroll -Shop Manager / Damage Estimator/ Damage Appraisal ~~ (Author ) of this post can’t brag on myself , but will just say I’m closing jobs -getting keys at a 75% close rate -so yeah get ya some of that !!
3) Rick Ras - I would class him with being one of the best structural guys I’ve ever seen -truly an amazingly talented tech ..Man sweats out more talent than other never can apply .
4)Jaelan Carroll-Shop “DO IT ALL”all .only going in 2 yr with us but most definitely a valued assist an skilled young man hungry to master everything he comes across -Not one thing that we have challenged him with he has took control and got it done like a 10/15 yr tech would ..Gonna be dangerous and on his game within next year !!
5)William Payne -Exceptionally Skilled and rounded Technician- Takes charge of all assignments, never no worries-, jobs are done when he says he’s done - a relief to have on my crew.Waste no time or detail on his job orders most through text I’ve seen for making sure his job is done above and beyond !
6) Jerry Sanders -NO DOUBT top 2 painters I’ve had or seen at killing his skill , can trouble shoot in middle of base or clear coats - Jerry lays them out like liquid glass every time - That guy I can lean on to take up slack an correct instead of bury .
7) Robert -True genius,Keeping bills paid an up to date -Computer expert -shop moderator and truly an assist with us ..
