Our Story

When I was a little girl my first encounter with a Standard Poodle was with one that had lost her family. I was amazed by this beautiful girl! My mother was not so amazed when she ate our carpet.

Who knew after 40 years I would be reintroduced to the breed. It started with an amazing female puppy that I named Patch of Pines Diamonds are Grand. She was so smart, and potty training seemed to be so easy. As she grew, I liked not just her energy, and how she seemed to show very naturally, but as she gaited across the floor; she flowed just like a super model.

My next search was for a boy to compliment my girl. That search led me to Michigan where I found a cream colored boy out of a litter of black. Since it was December, his name had to be something about Christmas. Patch of Pines On Dasher. He proved to be a little stubborn with his training, but once he understood he became a very well behaved boy. His favorite game is fetch. Dasher has become a proven stud, and I couldn’t be happier with his pups. He is throwing all kinds of color, and carries the parti gene.

Diamond and Dasher have been genetically tested for diseases, and this year I will be doing OFA hips and elbows. I want to provide the best quality pups for all to enjoy!
