A bittersweet week for Yammile and Leroy as their impressive year together comes to an end and Yammile heads to London for grad school. Leroy took Yammile from the .75’s to winning multiple classes in the .90’s at WEC and this past week they toured the 1.00m together with some lovely rides. A rail here and there kept them out of the top ribbons but they did manage to finish top 12 in the finals. Yammile has grown tremendously as a rider and learned so much about how to ride a complete and accurate jumper course. I am so proud of these 2, it was a fun year!! We’ll look forward to Yammile’s trips home and the equine adventures that lie ahead! 🦄🐎

Adrianna and Simon had one of their best weeks yet! Long Stirrup hunter reserve champion with a 1st, 2nd & 3rd over fences. They were 5th in the 1st round of hunter finals and they had 2 lovely courses on Sunday to finish 6th in the hunter and medal finals. I am so incredibly proud of the progress these 2 have made together and we are so excited!!! 🦛 💚

Alexis & Quanita had quite the week in the .85’s!! After some learning rides early in the week we put in some of our best trips ever over the weekend!! Class winner on Saturday morning!🥇 Then clean all the way through the jumper finals and finished 3rd 🥉 after a speedy jump off! 30 in her class too!! So proud of this team and the work they have put in!! Big thanks to everyone that is part of this incredible team!! 🚀 🦄

THIS TEAM!!!! Stella & Crownridge Finnegan 👑 4th out of 40 in the hunter spectacular!Champion SS hunter out of 20 and hack winner. Won the 1st round of hunter finals with a 83 finished 4th overall with an unfortunate chip. Winner with 86 in the medal finals out of 22. Unreal. Congratulations to everyone that helps make this team shine! 🤩🦄

Yammile and Leroy had a great weekend at World Equestrian Center - Ocala. Clean and fast to take the win in Fridays speed round for the 2nd time in a row. On Saturday we tried out the 1.00m for the 1st time and we were clean til the very last jump. The last jump got us (and many others) in the .95 classic but we finished as the fastest 4-faulter. Still incredibly proud of these 2!! Leroy is an amazing partner & teacher and Yammile has worked so hard on riding complete and accurate courses!! 🦄🫶🏻🐎

So proud of this team!! We made a last minute decision to move Adrianna up to Long Stirrup. After a trying day of learning the ropes (and lots of lessons learned), we came out strong today and closed out the weekend with a win! 1st and 2nd over fences today. Simon was such a good boy and Adrianna’s smiles says it all!! 🦛 🦄 Many thanks to everyone that makes this team shine!! Grace and baby Sebastian 🦀 enjoyed their 1st rated show at WEC last week. They had a blast in the .65’s and the 2’3” USHJA with some nice rounds in both divisions. Brooke even claimed a win on him in one of the .65’s while showing him the ropes. Sebastian was such a good boy and this pair gained so much experience and came away so much stronger. Looking forward to this teams bright future!!! 🤩🐎🫶🏻

Stella & Crownridge Finnegan were on fire this week at WEC!!! Top ribbons in a large 2’ USHJA division. (They also ribboned in the huge hack with 17 others as only 1 of 2 ponies, we were terrified! 🙈) CHAMPION in the 11 & U Eq winning BOTH over fences. Reserve Champion in Short Stirrup hunter out of 15! Also 2nd in the SS/LS hunter classic out of 20! So much love for this adorable team! 🦄 👑 🫶🏻🎀 Many thanks to everyone that helps them shine!

Congratulations to Yammile & Leroy Brown! Reserve champion in .90/.95 Adult Amateur jumpers at WEC out of a large competitive field! So incredibly proud of Yammile and the work she has put into this partnership all while wrapping up her undergrad at U Chicago this year. After graduation we really went to work to improve our rides and boy does it show! 🦄🐎🫶🏻

A giant congratulations to Peighton and Christine on the recent purchase of Coco Chanel. Peighton has been leasing this incredible mare for the last 2 years and now she’s all hers!!! We are so grateful to Bethany for sharing her and now making this dream come true for P!!🐉

Better late than never….. Last weekend my girls and their horses rocked it at PCHA!

Stella & Finnegan 👑 were champion hunter and reserve eq in SS. On Sunday they received 3 scores in the 80’s and also won the SS/LS classic with an 84!!

Kennedy & Pixie🧚 were reserve champion in the ch pony hunters and also won their classic out of 17, also with a 2nd round score of 84!!

Kennedy & Pie 🥧 had a fun show together in the ch pony hunters with some solid rounds and good ribbons.

Adrianna & Simon 🦛 got great ribbons on Saturday in cross rails with a 2nd in the flat. Unfortunately Adrianna had been sick all week and didn’t make it back to show on Sunday but we were super impressed that she powered through on Saturday.

Grace & Sebastian 🦀 continue to make great improvements. They had some really nice rounds and this baby horse is such a good boy.

Alexis & Quanita 🚀 were so awesome!!! Won 2 out of 3 classes and were Champion in the .85s! This pair gets better and better with every ride.

Peighton & Chanel 🐉 were champion in the .95’s winning 2 classes!!! One unfortunate rail in the mini prix landed us in 3rd.

I also had the pleasure of helping the ever so amazing Dr. Peggy and her daughter Lillian on Saturday. Peggy & Leon were Champion in the modified Eq and 2nd in the medal. Lillian and Spike had some great rounds and ribbons in the greens and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr. Peggy literally saved me Saturday morning with some clutch acupuncture while I stood so sick ringside. I don’t think I would’ve make it through the day otherwise.

Many thanks to… Mandy for all your hard work in the barn and always having the horses to the ring on time. 🫶🏻 My best pony squishers Maddy and Brooke. And to the best parents in all the land! Endless thanks to you all!

We’ve got baby fever at the farm this month!! 2 foals born in 48 hours last week. 😳 Emme, Kenny, Stella & I got to spend a little time with sweet Tully last night. She’s a beautiful buckskin foal out of a Prototype X Rio Grande dam. Momma Daisy was so sweet while we visited. 🫶🏻

A great weekend for my HTF girls and their fabulous horses. 🦄
Adrianna & Simon 🦛- reserve champion in w/t hunter and eq. They won the poles medal and a class on Sunday too!! So so pleased with this teams progress.
Stella & Finnegan 👑- champion SS eq and reserve champion hunter. This team also won the medal and had great rides all weekend.
Kenny & Pixie🧚 - champion in the childrens pony eq with a win on the flat!!! I’m in love with this pair!
Alexis & Q 🚀 - reserve champion with a win in the .85’s at their 1st show as a new team! We are so excited for these 2 and I am soooo happy Q is staying in our barn.
Peighton & Chanel 🐉- had some lovely rides in the .95 with a 2nd and 4th just missing reserve champion. These 2 are making huge strides in their partnership and P is putting together some lovely rides on this mare.
I am always forever thankful to Brooke & Maddy for showing up in the wee hours to squish ponies and horses. I hope you 2 know how much you’re appreciated 🫶🏻 And to Mandy for being the best of the best at taking care of our horses and riders in the barn and ringside. I’d be lost without you!! 😘 I am so blessed with the best parents and families that support all our craziness! Many thanks to all! And now a well deserved weekend off to celebrate Easter ✝️ and be with family. 🫶🏻

Oh yea…we had a flat tire on the trailer on the way to the show too. 🤪 1st time for me in over 20 years of hauling myself. (I was 8 and with my Dad the last time I had a trailer blowout) We were quickly rescued, tire changed and horses moved to another trailer b/c my spare was not in the best shape. A million thanks to Andrew and his buddy for coming to our aid. And to Christine, Peoghton and Alexis for being there to help me and comfort our horses while we waited a mere 90 min to get back on the road! Trailer got 5 new tires on Saturday! 😉

What a week at WEC we had!!!
Scotlyn & Aspen 🐎 joined us for the 1st time and had quite the week. Aspen is the sweetest almost 5yr old OTTB & this was their 1st rated show. They were 4th & 7th in the .65’s. And in the .70’s THEY WERE CHAMPION 🏆 with 2 blues 🥇 🥇and a red 🥈out of 15. So incredibly proud of this pair and can’t wait to see what their future holds.

Yammile & Leroy 🦄 were also on fire 🔥 in the .90 ammy jumpers!! Clean ALL weekend taking a 4th Friday, class WINNER🥇 on Saturday & a 7th in the .95 classic. They finished a close 🥉 in the division out of 33. This was their best show ever and I couldn’t be more pleased with this team. I can’t wait to have Yammile home for the summer before she heads to grad school!

Adrianna & Simon 🦛 also had their best weekend ever! A huge 2nd 🥈 in the w/t flat class that was quite literally like the Walk Trot Olympics. 🤪 They were also 4th, 5th & 6th in their poles classes out of 11. This was a great week for Adrianna and she continues to make huge improvements!! I’m so proud of her!!

Many thanks to Mandy for taking the best care of our horses (even when their naughty and high maintenance) and riders. You definitely make my days better & easier. You’re the best! 😘 Also much love to Maddy & Brooke for all your rides and help this week. Thanks for always being there for me (us)! 🫶🏻
And last but not least to some of the best parents in the land! The love and support you have for me, this sport, the horses and your children is why I do this and what makes it so special! 😘 Endless thanks to you all!!! 🫶🏻🦄🤗
