*VERY IMPORTANT INFO-PLEASE READ!!!*
We saw this clip and wanted to remind everyone that this also goes along with the grooming. There is a shortage of groomers nationwide and paired up with the pandemic, being closed during pandemic for 2 months (as deemed not essential) AND so many people getting a new dog or 2, your groomers are putting in so much extra work and hours to try and keep customers happy! It is not news to any of us that there is a shortage of people working EVERYWHERE!
Now for the ugly part. Our groomers are being yelled at, cussed at and hung up on daily for not being able to get a dog in same day, same week and for just being booked out! On top of that we are also getting upset customers that THEY don't have THEIR dogs rabies updated AND have proof! It would be like going to the doctor without YOUR insurance card.
We will NO LONGER tolerate the rude customers! We will not service your dog if you are disrespectful in any way, shape or form. We have to protect our employees, their sanity and our business!
We will also no longer tolerate no calls-no shows. You will be put on a 3 strike, you're out scenario and on the 2nd time will have you prepay to have a service performed at our business and the 3rd time you will be fired! We do keep very good notes and will be strict to accommodate all of our customers. Our groomers work so hard and are commission based and if you don't show for your appointment they can't make money for their family! We are locally and family owned and operated so this hits hard for us!
We would hope you understand as you would not tolerate it at your business as well!
