ATTN: Scoop Doggy Dogg Customers---
Due to dangerously high temperatures present throughout the metro during the current extended Heat Advisory, all Scoop Doggy Dogg services scheduled for Tues (8/22), Wed (8/23), and Thurs (8/24) have been canceled.
In light of the unique intensity and duration of these weather conditions, we are enacting our inclement weather policy for these scheduled days. For more information on that policy, please refer to the FAQ page of our website: https://bookscoopdoggydogg.com/faq
I want to thank you for your understanding and flexibility! Our intention is to value our customers' time and money while also ensuring the safety of our staff. Technicians have reported signs of heat stress/early onset heat exhaustion, even in the AM and late evening, during this stretch of record breaking heat! Valued Scoop Doggy Dogg Customers,
In observance of this upcoming Thanksgiving holiday the Scoop team will not be operating business on Thursday (11/24-after 12p) and Friday (11/25).
In order to ensure all customers receive their weekly pickup(s) prior to the holiday, we will be making the following adjustments to the regular service schedule:

Regularly scheduled Tuesday service will take place on Monday, 11/21
Regularly scheduled Wednesday service will take place on Tuesday, 11/22
Regularly scheduled Thursday service will take place on Wednesday, 11/23
Regularly scheduled Friday service will take place on Wednesday, 11/23 and Thursday AM, 11/24

There may be factors that cause us to deviate from this adjusted schedule. If that is the case, we will do our best to communicate to customers whose service may be affected.

Please let Jason (Owner) or Brandon (Routes Manager) know if you have any questions regarding this temporary schedule change.
