Hello Friends!

I just wanted to let everyone know there has been a change to how you get your Dog Licenses for 2024.

The county is no longer allowing veterinary practices to sell them. You must contact the county treasurer's office to purchase them.

Please direct any questions to the treasurers office, as this is all the information we have.

Hello Friends!

With the holidays fast approaching, we wanted to share our hours with you! We are indeed taking some time off to spend with our families; both two and four legged!

Hours will remain normal through Friday, December 22nd.

Mon 25th - Tues 26th - CLOSED
Weds 27th - OPEN
Thurs 28th - Mon 1st - CLOSED

Normal hours resume Tuesday January 2nd!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that we will only be open from 9am to 12pm tomorrow! 🕷

This will give our staff the chance to participate in school Halloween activities with their kiddos, and get ready for trick or treating! 🎃

Can you believe it is almost FAIR TIME!?

As many of you know, our staff is involved with the fair in various ways. Therefore, our hours next week will be as follows:

Monday - 2pm to 5pm
Tuesday - 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm
Wednesday - 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm
Thursday - CLOSED
Friday - CLOSED

No treatment means prevention is definitely the BEST medicine!

Our hours the next couple of days are a little different due to Dr. Henderson attending a veterinary conference for some continuing education!

Hours will be as follows:
Thurs. 2/16.............9 am to 2pm
Fri. 2/17 .................. 9 am to 11am

We will return to normal business hours Monday 2/20.

It's almost Christmas!! I hope everybody is ready!

We will be open the next 2 days, Thursday and Friday (barring unexpected closure due to the upcoming storm).

Our hours between Christmas and New Years will be as follows:

Mon/Tues - Closed
Weds- Open 9am to noon
Thurs/Fri - Closed

Please plan accordingly for medication refills!

Also, we now have dog licenses! Give us a call if you would like to stop out and pick yours up!

Hello everyone! Now that the Thanksgiving leftovers are all gone from the fridge, and it is time to look forward to Christmas, we wanted to share what our hours will be over the holidays.

Holy smokes! How is it the holidays already!? We hope you are all well, and ready for the big feast!

The clinic will be closing Wednesday afternoon at noon and will remain closed through the weekend. We will resume normal hours Monday November 28th!

Don't forget, as tempting as it may be, sharing that delicious Thanksgiving dinner may make your pet sick, or even land them in Emergency!

Many of you know that the Shiawassee County Fair starts in just a few short days!

What you may not know is that Maple River's staff is involved in many ways in the 4H Program and with the fair. Due to this community involvement, our office hours next week (August 8th through the 12th) will be very limited.

We will be open as follows:
🐱Tuesday - 2pm to 5pm
🐱Wednesday - 2pm to 5pm
🐱Friday - 9am to 12pm

If you need medication refills, please leave a message on the machine and we will get them filled as soon as we are back in the office!
