We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty during normal business hours who are trained and equipped to provide the care your pet needs.If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular situation. We are available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarian and receptionists will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you any information you may need like appointment availability, estimates, medication refills and much more! We are closed for lunch between 1pm and 2:30pm. We schedule appointments Every day of the week except Thursdays, which we save for bigger surgeries. We are going to be closed July 4th and 5th on top of our typical weekend (6th and 7th) if your pet needs sedation or any medications filled anytime soon, the next couple weeks are the time to call! Dr. Mathan was kind enough to give us employees a much needed long weekend! We will be waiting your phone call! Remember, to refill a prescription, just press 2 to get transferred to the prescription answering machine! Leave us a message and we will get it fill within 24-48 hours! Please be patient, with the small staff we have and a higher volume of prescriptions to fill, it may take a little longer than usual. We thank you for your ongoing kindness and patience!

Thank you to everyone who has voiced concerned about Dr. Mathan. She is stable, pain is under control, and she is resting. We don’t know much more than that at the moment. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. We will continue to keep everyone posted as we learn more. -Roxy

Dear Facebook friends and clients, we love that you all are recommending us to all of your friends and family, we appreciate that you trust our staff with your pets.
Unfortunately, our staff is beginning to struggle at keeping up with our current client and patient needs. As a result we have had to make the tough decision to temporarily stop accepting new clients. We apologize for any inconvenience. Attention! yet again due to the icky weather, a lot of our staff members have been forced to go home to make sure they could in fact get home. Heads up everyone!! I will be attempting the treck up the hill to get to the hospital in order to answer phones, reschedule appointments, and fill medications. We are open for business on the ridge! Our hours are Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. We are closed for lunch between 1pm and 2:30pm. Our lobby is now open on Wednesdays for sales (no appointments), and surgeries can be scheduled Wednesdays as well.
