Dear valued Pupcakes customers. We regret to inform you of a necessary policy change effective March 1st, 2024. Due to the rampant number of no call/no show and late cancellations with less than 48hrs' notice, we will be implementing a change:

If you have 1 no call/no show or late cancellation after March 1st, 2024, you will be required to prepay for all appointments going forward. If you miss the prepaid appointment or fail to cancel/reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, you forfeit 100% of the funds paid.
If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, the funds will then be credited towards the next appointment.
The prepayment is non-refundable if you miss your appointment or late cancel.
Emergency situations will be taken into consideration.
We hope you understand that when we have a late cancellation or no show appointment, it severely impacts business and we cannot get that time back that we had set aside for you and your pup and lose the opportunity to bring in much needed revenue.
If we cannot turn the tide of this problem, it puts Pupcakes into jeopardy of being able to stay open. That's is how many no shows and late cancellations we have each week.

Update:
She was FOUND!!

There's a German Shepard running around that got loose during her grooming appointment around East Birch Creek in Pilot Rock.
We are only posting this because a few people have asked if we found the dog that got out during her grooming appointment. This was not at our shop!
Please help look for this baby to get her home safe!

First I want to thank everyone for reaching out and looking out for us. Second, I am so sorry if you’ve been receiving weird texts about payments and invoices. We are transitioning to a new software and there was an error as the old information was inputted the new software misread it and automatically sent out some very concerning and confusing texts. Please disregard them. I promise as we get through the learning curve with the new software you are going to be delighted by what it does!!! Again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.

We are so sorry about the inconvenience!!
We love all of our clients and pets too much to make them risk their safety for grooming appointments, so stay home, stay safe until the weather breaks!
We will have a kennel tech caring for our boarding pets and will be open 2pm-4pm only for Boarding Drop off and Pickups for Saturday, Sunday and Monday this weekend!
