🥺 Ow. Our hearts! This is Jigsaw ❤️ Because he will complete your heart. Jigsaw is one of the sweetest, gentlest old boys we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He'll drop everything for a head scratch or a treat. Sometimes he'll try to "pick up" your hand with his paw and direct it to the top of his head. For this ol' boy, it's the simple things in life.

His body says 8 years old but his wise old soul says a thousand. After taking Jigsaw in from one of our partner shelters, we learned that he has stage 2 renal disease. So he's on a special food (and gets a special kind of treat) to help keep him healthy. We're hoping he's got a few more great years left in him and that he'll get to spend that time in the comfort of a home with people who will love him and give him head scratches every day.

We know it's a lot to ask to take in an older dog like Jigsaw — but to give a senior pet the gift of a home so they don't have to spend their days in a shelter, that is a pure and beautiful thing.

Awwww a cute face

Today we're celebrating Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day by making sure all of our resident pups have delicious treats.

Which, reminds us, we are running VERY low on said treats. Can you send some to help pups like Noodles be more comfortable as they await their families.

Noodles is in a foster home, but often comes to visit for checks ups on his road to recovery!

Who is this happy girl?

It's Trina of course.

We caught her post-meal just relaxing in her chair. Trina, who loves everyone she meets, has megaesophagus requiring her to sit upright for her meals and for 15-20 minutes after. But, that is it! Otherwise she is an easy, happy gal who just wants to be loved.

We want her to be loved to.

Cinnamon is a timid and shy girl, but she deserves a home just as much as any other pup.

She will be among our guests at Speed Dating - Super Bowl Edition this Saturday from 10am-12pm.

Cinnamon is very gentle and loves the attention of all her friends and admirers here at the shelter.

She is looking for a family that will be patient and help her build her confidence as she gets settled in.

Cinnamon likes to take things slowly and is very curious about everything she encounters when she is out and about, but she also likes to stay close to her people, always checking in with a nuzzle for some reassurance.

Cinnamon will be the love of your life and will want all of your attention so no other pups please.
