Today we want to celebrate two of our veterinary assistants - Tori and Takia! Both of these rockstars wear many hats during the day: running labwork, filling medications, taking samples, and giving pups and kitties lots of love during their appointments. Next up to celebrate are Angela and Caroline - our most tenured veterinary technicians at Love City Vet!
Angela and Caroline both have many years of experience and have brought their expertise and skills to us helping shape what LCV is all about. These kind and patient women give our cat and dog friends lots of love behind the scenes and during appointments. You can often find them sitting on the ground making a pet feel comfortable during an exam or procedure. Thanks Caroline and Angela for all that you do! We are so proud to have these two amazing technicians aboard the LCV wagon!

Both of our Certified Veterinary Technicians are integral in advocating for our patients, being experts in the surgery and dental suites, and making sure pet owners are as knowledgeable as possible when it comes to the health and care of their pets. Thank you Chrissy and Lisa for all you do! We are so proud to have these two amazing CVTs aboard the LCV wagon! Becoming a CVT takes hard work, additional training, and continued education (see second slide for more info).

With each day, Lisa strives to make an impact on pets’ lives and learn something new. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, photography, and playing rec sports.

Dr. Palis is the artist behind Pot #9 and is officially the winner of the contest! As a reward, she got to go on a trip of a lifetime to Greece with her pot! The trip was totally not already planned and the photo is totally not photoshopped 😹😹😹.

Give it up for her and all the other team members and their awesome artistic and creative skills!!!

P.S. the pots will officially be on sale for $10 with all proceeds going towards Fran’s Fund. Inquire on your next visit or catch us at our upcoming fall events.

Outside of work, she is working on becoming a certified dog trainer and loves mountain sports as well as tapping into her artistic side by painting challenging nail designs. We’re thrilled to have Amanda aboard and can’t wait to see her grow here at Love City Vet!
