Female, found in the middle of the susquehanna river, clinging to a grass island. Very friendly.

i found this dog in the middle of the susquehanna this morning near Harrisburg PA. It's a female and pretty skinny but listens well and is friendly. can you please post this to your page? I'll send pictures as soon as figure out how to.
