1. We’re like USPS, we’ll be there rain or shine. We are committed to bringing the zoo to you no matter what. We will not cancel due to rain.

2. We are flexible. We have a 10x10 pop up on every truck. We can always move the zoo to a covered patio or garage free of charge.

3. We understand, things can change, so if you do need to cancel or relocate please call our office ASAP. Deposits are always non-refundable, but they are transferable to a new date with at least 24 hours notice.

Please call our office with any questions or concerns.
