And… that’s a wrap! Brook ended our kidding season with two girls today.
Final tally is 6 girls, 3 boys. All accidental, because Pickles is very bad at behaving himself, and very good at jumping fences. Luckily he makes beautiful babies. ❤️

Margo went to a new home a few weeks ago, and she did not approve of her new goat buddy.
She jumped the fence, broke her leg, ran over 11 miles and got picked up by the police in another city. Needless to say, she’s made her point. She’ll be staying here at Pricker Patch farm with her family.
Huge thanks to Deb Winkel Hollis for meeting me at work after an already long day to radiograph and splint her leg, and for coming to my house to rebandage it every week. I can’t thank you (and Bella!!) enough! ❤️

We are downsizing and have a number of really nice does available for sale, as well as a few older does looking for a place to retire.
Special consideration will be given to new breeders interested in establishing a herd and those closer in proximity to me.
Transportation can be arranged.
I would love for these girls to go in groups with other herd mates or family members: preference and discounts will be given to anyone interested in taking multiple does.

Lucy finished off our kidding season with two beautiful doelings yesterday, leaving our final count at 5 bucklings and 9 doelings.
All kids are spoken for… I will be contacting buyers in the coming week to finalize plans for pickup. 💕
