This pic is Ibis and me, trotting down the road together. He’s the horse who first brought me into animal communication back in the late 1980s — the one who co-created our courses.
He added depth I didn’t yet know I needed.

When I came home from my first week at the Barbara Brennan School in 1991, something shifted. That day with Ibis changed everything.

He showed me a deeper way of listening — through my body, my energy, even the thoughts I didn’t realize I was projecting.

I had practiced animal communication for years, but he showed me it wasn’t a technique. It was a Way of Being.

Our partnership lasted 32 years. This photo shows him at 34. He lived to 37 — a wise elder, a master teacher, and still very much present.

He continues to guide these courses, reminding us of what’s possible in connection — both with animals in their bodies and those who’ve crossed over.

Sophia’s Sunday Oracle - I opened to Quan Yin’s chapter today when I asked The Sophia Code for a message most needed for myself and our community.

“I am now one with Quan Yin’s loving compassion…”

A few years ago I was lead to take a ferry to an island off California that was being re-wilded. On my hike through wildflowers and forests, I came to a high waterfall. As I sat there meditating with the water, I saw Quan Yin.

I received a profound healing with her for the many self critical voices I’d had running through me for most of my life. It was my birthday. This was the most beautiful gift. I have been changed since then.

Reading The Sophia Code continues to take me on a profoundly sacred journey of remembering. Like a rekindling of truths I have known though not always conscious.

Our Higher Selves have an extraordinary range of Consciousness and a crystalline motherboard of information of our divine nature.

You may have found in life that tapping into that, activating it, living this consciousness of our Highest Selves is not always that easy to access or express.

We get caught in triggers, reactions, resistances, fears, highly charged emotions that keep us apart from one another.
