Everyday, I work with people and pets dealing with death. From grief to relief to sadness and even to freedom, the death of a pet is certainly a complicated experience for adults. When you add children into the mix however, moving through the process can feel like wading through wet cement.

So grateful to have had a mini vacation while attending lectures. It was good to network with colleagues, learn about new medications available to our pets and complete my yearly continuing education requirements. Grateful to the ladies who put a lot of time, energy and love into making this happen. Symphony of the Seas was quite an impressive cruise ship. Til next year. #Carol Amos, Kelly Kirk, Kaitlin Metzler and Aurora Brick. Thanks for the memories!
