We are slowly bringing in some items for sale. We have pet clothes and bows right now. Items to come include feline nail caps, shampoo, recommend grooming tools for at home maintenance, possibly treats and more! Stay tuned!

*Announcement* I want to let everyone know appointments may take a little longer than usual as I have a wrist injury. Unfortunately taking time off is not an option right now.

On a positive note once the healing is done we will be adding Saturday appointments, to start we will begin booking the 4th Saturday of the month from 9am to 2pm starting September 28th. If there is enough demand I will also start opening the 2nd Saturday of the month as well.

Thank you all for your patience and support.

Cactus Critters Pet Care will be moving!!! The salon is moving to the second floor of 101 N. 6th ST. Sierra Vista AZ 85635 inside the Arizona Trading Building. The move will be complete for operations on October 1st! All previously scheduled appointments before the 1st will be at the original location. All newly scheduled appointments will be scheduled for after October 1st for our new location. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call or text 520-559-1197!

Happy Summer from Cactus Critters Pet Care! I hope everyone is having a safe and fun summer. As we close out the month of June I'd like to go over a few changes that will be taking place.

First as many of you know there has been excessive heat warnings and many small fires across Cochise county. As such I will temporarily have to discontinue afternoon appointments, this will be done on a week by week basis as we await the relief of monsoon season. If you have an afternoon appointment scheduled I will reach out to you in order to reschedule.

Second as of August 1st there will be a change to our operating hours. They will be as follows:
Monday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

The final appointment of the day will be no later than 1pm. (12pm on Thursdays)

Lastly I have put together a schedule of holiday closures for the remainder of the year.

Independence day: June 30th - July 4th
Labor day: September 1st - September 4th
Halloween: October 31st
thanksgiving: November 22nd - November 27th
Christmas and new years: December 22nd - January 7th

As a pet grooming professional, health and safety are always my #1 priority. One of the biggest Issues I see when clients bring in their pets is matting. When a pets coat reaches this kind of condition the only humane option is to strip the coat and start over with proper education and care.
