Today was a day like no other. My dad, Jim, took me to the vet for my final appointment. The doctor was really nice to my grandma, Marilyn, and me, when he helped me go to sleep. Now I will be able to play with my brother, Buster, and friends from Alaska that have already crossed the rainbow bridge. My daddy will miss me, but I’ll be keeping an eye on him. 🌈 🐶 ❤️

So, it’s been a couple weeks since I’ve last posted. Well, today my dad brought me to see the doctor. My limping has gotten worse. Additionally, I’ve pretty much stopped eating.

My dad is giving me things to try and make me comfortable. I’m taking glucosamine and chondroitin, fish oil supplement, CBD oil, and sleeping on heating pads.

As far as food goes, dad’s making me all kinds of things, including my favorite, salmon. I just haven’t been eating any of it. I have managed to eat some doggy cookies. I’m still drinking water, albeit, not enough.

Daddy is hopeful the vet has some positive insight to provide.

Send me some healing energy, please.

UPDATE: I’ve been given an appetite stimulant. Hope that helps.

So, I’ve not being doing too great recently. My dad decided to move my bed downstairs and block me from using the stairs. I have been slipping down them, as well as, having trouble climbing them. I’m taking baby aspirin, glucosamine and chondroitin, and omega-3 fatty acids. Send positive energy my way, please. I’m almost 14, and had a not great first ten years of life. Dad has been doing what he can to make sure I’m comfortable and loved.

I can rest easy now. My dad just got a call from the vet and the results came back clean. The bumps are all benign! I think he might have gotten something in his eyes because they starting leaking when he hung up the phone.

Saw the vet today. Had cells extracted. 5-10 days for results. Fingers crossed for no cancer. 🤞🏽

So, my dad had to make an appointment for me to see the vet. I have bumps over my eye. A few months ago, the vet said to watch them. Well, they are growing at a fast rate. My dad also found on my tail. I’ve been losing weight over the past couple months, despite the increase in food my dad is giving me. Hopefully, the vet will have some good news. 🤞🏽

My dad went on vacation so I stayed at my friend’s house. She’s a small beagle mix...I think. Even though my bed and blanket were with me for the sleepover, I couldn’t help but try to squeeze in to her bed. I think I did okay, but my dad, and Petunia’s mom, thought I was too big.
