Day three of doing the Follow The Fence exercise. In this exercise, Frankie is responsible for maintaining the speed I set and staying on the rail. Today was his first day riding and doing groundwork in a bridle and he did fantastic. I don’t know about you, but boy oh boy, I think he looks S W A N K Y in a bridle! 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 #swankyfrankie

Boone and I have been working together for the past four day and I wanted to share these videos with you because, in my opinion, what he is doing is worth his weight in gold. It's a basic exercise, but one that will tell a lot about a horse. The horse should carry themselves on the rail (without me telling them to stay on it) on a completely slack rein without cutting the corners. In addition, when I set the cadence, the horse keeps that pace on their own. The horse also minds their own business no matter what the other horses are doing. Finally, even though they are responsible for all of that on their own, they listen to my seat when I tell them to stop or go. I love when a horse does all of this, and Boone is doing it all in this video! 😍🤗 Good job, Boone! There are also some pictures of lessons tonight.

Here is a video of the lesson that I gave yesterday to Sandra and Suzanne. We were working on cruising. It's one of my all time favorite exercises for both horse and rider. It works on so many things at once. Great job ladies!

After JB, I rode my pretty princess, Fleur. I had my mom film me so I could see how her stops were looking from the ground, and I thought I'd share it with you because I'm extremely pleased. The last stop is my favorite. I love my girl! ❤️💕
