Thank you again bettaworldforbettas. This adorable video shows how dangerous new tank syndrome can be on your fish not to meantion how ugly it can make the water! When starting a new tank remember less is more! Add fish, snails, or shrimp slowly over time letting the bacteria grow to sustain a happy healthy tank! We get new fish weekly so there is always something new to shop for! Cycling a tank for longer will also help prevent this issue. We offer free water checks so bring in a sample before buying so we can find you the right aquatic pets!
This is an excellent break down on how to cycle in your aquarium by bettaworldforbettas! When purchasing fish we would like to share some helpful information for new fish hobbyist! Remember that the MINIMUM time a tank should cycle for is 48 hours but you can cycle for longer to help prevent "new tank syndrome" which we will post about tomorrow! 🐟🐠
Synnie our Cuviers Dwarf Caiman is the SMALLEST species of crocodillian in the world with the largest speciman ever recorded being 5.5 feet (that's shorter than an iguana 🦎) These tiny "gators" normally get between 3 and 4 feet. And can make awesome pets for the right family! We can easily help you supply this guy with proper housing, food, enrichment, and bedding for his whole life span. We work with Zen Habitats which makes extension habits that will keep this guy safe and happy his whole life. 🐊
