Changing Strides

We provide individual and group Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, learning sessions and workshops.

Each session is facilitated by an incredible team - a licensed mental health professional, an equine specialist and our amazing horses. Our team is dedicated to providing resources to the community to help folks improve the life they have or pursue the life they want. We all have the ability to find our own answers to our unique challenges. Our team will help you recognize the solutions and give y

ou the necessary tools to implement change. We use horses because they are nonverbal and nonjudgmental – they make perfect listeners and give honest feedback. You can trust that horses will show you an accurate assessment of who you are to yourself and to the world.
