“My daughter Penelope struggles with expressing her emotions but the moment we pull into the parking lot the joy on her face speaks volumes. Once we arrive she is full of energy and eager to learn. I can hear the confidence in her voice and see how comfortable she is around both Indy and Chelsea. Thank you Silver Lining for offering a nurturing environment and dedicated staff and volunteers.”
- Elyse M. (Parent)
“When I first met Penny, she avoided eye contact with me and kept her head down. Now she walks confidently into the arena, leading Indy on her own, and tells me all about her day! She’s told me what she wants to do with horses and we’ve set up a plan to help her reach those goals. I can’t wait to see where riding takes her!”

Help Us Keep Indy Thriving!
For those of you that have been lucky enough to meet our beloved horse Indiana Jones, affectionately known as "Indy”, you know that he is a gentle soul. Indy’s puppy-dog personality is a source of comfort and joy for even the most reluctant students.
A Connemara/Quarter Horse mix born in 2000, Indy was an accomplished event horse, excelling in dressage, jumping, and cross country. Now in his eighth year as a therapy horse, Indy’s patience, tolerance, and willingness to connect with those he supports helps our students overcome their challenges every day.
As we strive to keep Indy healthy, happy, and ready to continue his valuable work, we need your help.
Your contribution to our GivingTuesday campaign will directly support Indy's well-being, ensuring that he remains a source of inspiration, joy, and therapeutic support for years to come!

Our sweet Luna is on the mend after a challenging bout of Laminitis, a condition affecting the tissue between the hoof and the underlying bone.
Medical treatment for Luna is one of the many expenses Silver Lining Riding has taken on unexpectedly over the last few months.
Please donate to our GoFundMe today to help us continue to care for our herd so that we can continue to bring our valuable riding programs to Arizona families.

"Silver Lining Riding gives my son the opportunity to work on steps towards independence with the proper supports in place. My son George is on the autism spectrum, meaning he has differences in communication, socialization, and behavior. At Silver Lining Riding each of these differences is met with understanding and a willingness to make the accommodations necessary to allow my son access to an activity that he enjoys! The sensory input that riding a horse provides for George is very calming and regulating. I love seeing his body language exude joy and confidence when he is on his horse. We are so happy to have found an activity that he enjoys and is supporting his development! At Silver Lining Riding our family feels seen and met with love and support."
