On arrival every one will be put into teams and each team will have a pony to care for during the camp, feeding, grooming, mucking out stables ect
Theory lesson on pony care
2 x lessons per day by highly experienced qualified coach Storm Tuson (including an outride)
Moonlight night ride for night campers
Stalk the Lantern for night campers
FANCY DRESS EASTER EGG SCAVANGER HUNT!

BRING EASTER FANCY DRESS ITEMS FOR YOU AND YOUR PONY!!! LETS GET CREATIVE!!!
For the night camper:
Tent, sleeping bag, mattress, pillows and WARM sleeping clothes!
Torch, Peacefull sleep, toiletries ect
Black or dark coloured clothes for stalk the lantern
2 or 3 pairs Jods
Helmet, boots ect
Any medication or important items
FOR PONIES NOT STABLED AT DP please bring shavings, feed, grass, water and feed buckets and feeding routine…

Swazi-Lizkhar Tiny Lagos, 8 year old 13.3h gelding. Has done everything, lead rein, off lead, first ridden, SANESA. Super pony for complete beginners or riders wanting to go further in a show career. Well schooled, jumps 1m easily. His current owner doesnt have the time to ride him daily therefore we are looking for a child who would like to half bait him and take him to SANESA or just enjoy him. R1 800 p/m half bait. Lessons ans all show services available. Standing at Taba, 10min from Fourways and Kyalami.

I cannot express how unbelievably proud I am as a coach. Day 1 of the SANESA q4 and my girls did it again! Mikayla and Hawaii first place in both dressage classes and first place performance riding as well as first place working riding!! 😄 And Remi with Herbie received a first place in both performance riding and working riding and a 3rd place in dressage!! Well done you little champions!! 😍😍

Second ride ever on Taba Dusk. This horse is just incredible! At 3.5years old, only ever riiden a handfull of times on the lunge and today for the first time we atempted riding in th arena... with hardly any stearing, no brakes and absolutel no acclerator!!! He is so intelligent by the end of the ride we were doing trotting poles, jumping crosses and even had a canter!!! The perfect genleman with the perfect temperament, yet another Dollar baby worth all his weight in gold 😊💓

We are thrilled to be backing another one of Annabelle's babies. She was a Taba broodmare; who always produced tall, leggy and big moving youngsters.

Anabelle's prodgeny are excelling in dressage, namely; Taba Dexter ridden by Hildegard Stetzkorn. Dexter is the most impressive horse that we have breed.

Sandero is an exciting prospect.

Day1 of Sanesa Q3 finally done and dusted, a wet, cold, miserable day... even though the ponies were soaked to the bone and frozen children it was a huuuuge success! My girls rode like champions yet again : Mikayla and Hawaii 1st place Equitation and Remi and Herbie 1st place Equitaion and 1st place 40cm Competition😆 such a proud coach!!!! Well done girls!! Lets hope the sun is out tomorrow! Good luck to all the riders!!

FROM A PARENT:
One of my friends asked "Why do you pay so much money for your kids to do horse riding?" Well I have a confession to make, I don't pay for my kids horse riding. Personally, I couldn't care less about horse riding.

So, if I am not paying for horse riding, what am I paying for?

- I pay for those moments when my kids become so tired they want to quit but don't.

- I pay for those days when my kids come home from school and are "too tired" to go the stables but go anyway.

- I pay for my kids to learn to be disciplined.

- I pay for my kids to learn to take care of their body.

- I pay for my kids to learn to work with others and to be good team mates.

- I pay for my kids to learn to deal with disappointment, when they don't get that score they'd hoped for, but still have to work hard in the grading.

- I pay for my kids to learn to make and accomplish goals.

- I pay for my kids to learn that it takes hours and hours and hours and hours of hard work and practice to create a champion, and that success does not happen overnight.

- I pay for the opportunity my kids have and will have to make life-long friendships.

- I pay so that my kids can be in the arena instead of in front of a screen...
..I could go on but, to be short, I don't pay for horse riding, I pay for the opportunities that horse riding provides my kids with to develop attributes that will serve them well throughout their lives and give them the opportunity to bless the lives of others. From what I have seen so far I think it is a great investment!
